Baked pork in foil "New Year's sparkle"

Baked pork in foil "New Year's Spark" will become your signature meat dish on the festive table.

Pork (balyk) 400 g

Dry red wine 300 ml

Carrots 2 pcs

Universal seasoning 1 tbsp. l.

Lettuce leaves for garnish 1 bunch


Rinse and dry the meat well. Pour wine into a deep bowl and add meat. Put in the cold for 5-6 hours.

Remove the meat from the wine, make deep cuts with a knife and insert the carrots into slices. Grate well with all-round seasoning.

Wrap in foil and cook in the oven for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees C.

Remove from oven and leave to cool.

Cut into portions. Put on a platter with lettuce leaves.

Serve to the New Year's table.
