Lovers of offal will definitely appreciate this recipe. Chicken hearts in a tender sour cream sauce are soft and juicy.
Cooking time 45 minutes
Chicken hearts 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Sour cream 100 g
Universal seasoning 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Parsley (greens) (for decoration)
Finely chop the onion.
Cut the chicken hearts into halves.
Put hearts and onions in a multicooker bowl. Add vegetable oil and cook on the "FRY" mode for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add ½ glass of water and cook on STEW for another 10-12 minutes.
Add sour cream and universal seasoning.
Keep heated for 20 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
