Carp baked in sour cream with onions

Carp baked in sour cream with onions, a fragrant and hearty dish is perfect for a family dinner.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Carp (small) 2 pieces

Onion 2 pcs

Sour cream 20% fat. 200 g

Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.

Greens and vegetables (for decoration)

Universal seasoning 1/2 tsp


Gut the fish, peel and rinse well. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Grate fish inside and out with 1/2 teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning and let sit for 10-15 minutes.

Fry the fish in a frying pan with vegetable oil for 2 minutes on each side.

Coarsely chop the onion into half rings.

Mix sour cream with 1/2 teaspoon of Vegeta Natur, or whatever you like.

Place the fried fish in a deep baking dish, top with the onion. Pour sour cream over and smooth.

Put the fish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Carp baked in sour cream with onions is ready. Put the fish on a platter with vegetables and herbs and serve
