Potatoes 4 pieces
Champignons 200 g
Cream 15% fat. 100 ml
Cheese 50 g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Universal seasoning 1 tsp.
Lettuce leaves (for decoration)
Rinse the potatoes well and bake in the oven until tender.
Cool and peel potatoes.
Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion.
Fry onions and carrots in vegetable oil.
Add sliced mushrooms and universal seasoning, fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Cut the potatoes lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
Put mushrooms and vegetables on top of the potatoes.
Pour in cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Put in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Put on a platter with lettuce and serve.
