Beef liver with sour cream and herbs

Beef liver with sour cream and herbs, a very tasty and easy way to cook beef liver.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Beef liver 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Sour cream 20% fat. 3 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Universal seasoning 1 tsp.

Dill (greens)


Cut the liver into cubes, finely chop the onion.

Fry the liver in vegetable oil. Over high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Reduce heat and add onion. Fry for another 2 minutes.

Add some water and simmer, covered for 10-12 minutes. Until the pieces of liver are soft.

Add sour cream and universal seasoning, warm well, remove from heat and cover. Let it brew for 10-15 minutes.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
