Meatballs in a slow cooker with mashed tomatoes

Meatballs in a slow cooker with mashed tomatoes, an unpretentious dish that does not require much time and effort, but it turns out to be surprisingly tasty.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Minced meat 300 g

Rice 3 tbsp. l.

Mashed tomatoes 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Eggs 1 pc

Olive oil 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Dried Provencal herbs 1 tsp

Lettuce leaves (for decoration)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Finely chop the onion.

Mix with minced meat.

Add rice and egg. Season with salt, pepper and knead well.

Roll balls from minced meat.

Put in a multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and fry in the "FRY" mode for 2-3 minutes.

In a bowl, combine mashed tomatoes, olive oil, herbs and salt.

Add water and mix well.

Pour the meatballs with dressing and cook in the "STEWING" mode for 30 minutes.

Cool the finished meatballs a little. Put on a platter with lettuce leaves.
