Stuffed peppers stewed in tomato pulp

Put the minced meat and minced onion in a bowl.

Boil the rice until it is ready and put it on a sieve.

Wash the peppers and remove the seeds by removing the cap.

Add rice, salt and pepper to the minced meat and stuff the cooked peppers. Put the stuffed peppers in a multicooker bowl and add the vegetable oil.

In a bowl, mix the tomato pulp with salt.

Add tomato pulp to a bowl of peppers.

Place grated carrots on top and add 1/2 glass of water.

Cook on the STEWING program for 40 minutes. Put the finished peppers on plates and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
