Stewed pollock with mashed tomatoes is a simple and hearty dish that is perfect for a family dinner.

Pollock 1 pc
Mashed tomatoes 200 g
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Dill (greens) to taste
Salt to taste
Peel the fish and cut into portions.
Season with salt pollock pieces and roll in flour.
Fry the pollock in vegetable oil on both sides.
Add chopped onion and grated carrots in half rings to the pan with fish.
Top with grated tomatoes and salt a little.
Simmer pollock with vegetables, covered for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Stewed pollock with mashed tomatoes is ready. Put the finished fish on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
