Olivier "Piggy"

Olivier is the most awaited salad for many on the New Year's table. Let it be festive.

Boiled sausage 200 g

Canned green peas 100 g

Pickled cucumbers 2 pcs

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrots 2-3 pcs

Eggs 2-3 pcs

Mayonnaise 3 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Greens to taste


Boil vegetables and eggs, cool and peel.

Dice the carrots, potatoes and eggs into a bowl.

Add diced sausage and pickles.

Add canned peas.

Season with your favorite mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Put the salad in a salad bowl in an elongated slide. Smooth with a regular tablespoon.

Make a pork face out of sausage and olives.

Decorate the sides with greens.
