Chicken fillet in the oven "Xantia"

Chicken fillet in the oven "Xantia" is a tender chicken stuffed with cheese and walnuts, baked in the oven.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Chicken fillet 2 pcs

Baltic cheese 100 g

Walnuts 2 tbsp l.

Provencal mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Make cuts like pockets. Season with salt and pepper.

Grate cheese into a bowl, add chopped walnuts, pressed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix well.

Stuff the fillet with the filling.

Put on a baking sheet with parchment and brush with mayonnaise.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.

Cool the finished dish a little and put it on plates with vegetables.
