Zucchini stuffed with minced meat

Zucchini stuffed with minced meat with vegetables, hit of summer. A simple and flavorful dish for the whole family.

Zucchini 1 pc

Minced meat 250 g

Onion 1 pc

Small carrots 2-3 pcs

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Bulgarian pepper 1 piece

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Dill (greens)

Parsley (greens)

Pepper to taste

Salt to taste


Peel the zucchini.

Cut into circles and remove seeds.

Add finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Mix well.

Stuff the zucchini rings with meat. Pour oil into a frying pan and place the zucchini with meat.

Cut carrots, tomatoes and peppers into slices and stir in a bowl, add a little salt.

Place in a skillet with zucchini on top. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer covered over medium heat for 30-35 minutes.

Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

Transfer to a deep dish and serve.
