Cauliflower with beef in a slow cooker

Combining cauliflower with meat gives an excellent result. This simple and delicious recipe is a great option for lunch or dinner.

Cauliflower 300 g

Beef 300 g


Bell pepper 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Garlic clove 3 pcs

Pickled cucumbers 150 g

Boiling water


Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences by simply cutting them as high as possible.

Chop the pepper and onion.

Cut the beef into small cubes and fry in a large amount of oil.

Cut the cucumbers into slices. Put everything in the multicooker bowl and cook in the "Stew" mode for 60 minutes.

Serve hot.
