Zucchini with egg in the oven

Zucchini with egg and cheese in the oven, a great option for a delicious breakfast.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Zucchini 1/2 pc

Eggs 4 pcs

Cream 20% fat. 1 stack.

Parsley (greens) 1/2 pc

Grated cheese 20 g

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Peel the zucchini and cut into plastic.

Fry all plastics in vegetable oil with added salt.

Beat eggs with chopped herbs and cream with a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour some of the eggs into a greased frying pan and lay out some of the plastics from the courgette, sprinkle with some of the cheese.

Pour some of the beaten eggs over again and repeat - zucchini, beaten eggs, cheese.

Bake in the oven at 220 C until splendid and browned.

Garnish with herbs when serving.
