Potatoes with porcini mushrooms and loin in a slow cooker are incredibly tasty. Everyone, without exception, will like this dish.

Carrot 1 pc

Porcini mushrooms (fresh or frozen) 200 g

Smoked loin 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Potatoes 4 pcs

Tomato paste to taste

Bay leaf to taste

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut carrots into slices and sauté in vegetable oil.

Add the onion, cut into half rings.

Then add porcini mushrooms.

Cut the loin into thin slices.

Add the loin to the vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fry everything a little over medium heat.

Cut the potatoes into slices and add to the vegetables. Add 1 cup of boiled water.

Transfer everything to a slow cooker, add bay leaves and cook in the "Stew" mode for 1 hour.

Decorate with herbs when serving.
