Pasta with champignons and shrimps

Fettuccine 200 g

Champignons 2 pcs

Peeled shrimps 100 g

A clove of garlic 1 pc

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Cream 10% fat. 1 stack.

Parmesan cheese (a little)

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Fry the shrimp with finely chopped garlic. Salt.

Then fry the mushrooms separately.

Combine shrimp and champignons, add tomato paste, diluting it in 1/2 cup of warm boiled water. Put out a little.

Boil fettuccine and discard them in a colander, after leaving a little broth.

Transfer the fettuccine to the mushrooms, add the broth from the pasta and cream. Finish with salt and pepper.

The pasta with champignons and shrimps is ready. Place the pasta on a serving dish and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
