Barbecue chicken

Marinate the chicken in a mixture of finely chopped sage leaves and cloves of garlic. Add vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Peel off the marinade and grill on both sides of the barbecue until tender. If the chicken is large, it can be wrapped in foil and cooked in foil. Then unfold and fry until golden brown.

Decorate with vegetables and herbs when serving.
