Potatoes 300 g
Egg 1 pc
Egg yolk 1 pc
Parsley (greens) 1/2 bunch
Onion (small) 1 pc
Honey mushrooms frozen 2 stack.
Sour cream 20% fat. 2 tbsp. l.
Grated cheese 30 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Boil the potatoes. Finely chop the parsley. Heat potatoes and mix with herbs and egg.
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Add mushrooms to the onion. Salt and pepper to taste and cook until tender.
Roll 2 sausages from the potatoes and close them in a ring, coat each with yolk and put inside the mushrooms, sour cream in turn, sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Bake until golden brown at a temperature of 200 degrees C.
