Omelet with tomatoes "Neapolitan"

This delicious Neapolitan tomato omelet is a delicious and quick breakfast that will energize you all day.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Eggs 3 pcs

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Break eggs into a bowl.

Add salt and pepper and mix well.

In a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the diced tomatoes.

Add green onions.

Cover with eggs and cook for 1-2 minutes over medium heat.

Wrap half of the omelet over the other side.

Press the omelette with a spatula on top and place on a dish.
