Green onion pancakes, a great summer breakfast recipe. Easy to prepare, hearty pancakes with green onions and sour cream will charge you with energy and great mood for the whole day.
Cooking time 15 minutes
Eggs 2 pcs
Sour cream 10% fat. 50 g
Wheat flour, wallpaper 2-3 tbsp. l.
Green onion (feather) 1 bunch
Baking powder 1/4 tsp.
Salt to taste
Sour cream 10% fat. (for sauce) 50 g
Dill (for sauce) 1 bunch
Salt (for the sauce) 1 pinch.
Break 2 eggs into a bowl.
Add sour cream and flour.
Add chopped green onions and mix well.
Add salt and baking powder.
Heat oil in a frying pan and spoon pancakes. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Put on a dish and cool slightly.
For the pancake sauce, combine the sour cream, finely chopped dill and 1 pinch of salt.
Pancakes with green onions are ready. Serve with sauce.
