Chicken Breast Rolls


Chicken breast 2 pcs

Bulb onion 1 pc

Champignons (frozen) 1/2 cup

Green beans (frozen) 1/2 cup

Cream 10% fat. 1/2 stack.

Garlic clove 1-2 pcs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Greenery for decoration

Vegetables for serving

Defrost mushrooms and beans.

Fry mushrooms and beans with salt and onions. Season with salt and pepper.

Beat off chicken breasts.

Place the cooled minced meat on the edge of the breast.

Roll up.

Fry on all sides.

Add cream, salt to taste and grated garlic. Simmer for about 3 minutes.

Serve with vegetables.
