Beef "Marengo"


Fillet of beef 300 g

Bulb onion 1 pc

Bell pepper (red) 1 pc

Garlic clove 1-2 pcs

Garlic to taste

Ground black pepper to taste

Dry red wine 200 g


Cut the beef into cubes and lightly fry.

Add water and simmer with the lid closed. When the beef is tender add the chopped onion.

Fry the onion a little and add the diced bell pepper and salt to taste.

Fry them until tender.

Add chopped garlic and wine. Put out a little until the alcohol evaporates. Marengo beef is ready to serve.
