The perfect combination of tender liver and citrus fruits will surely please you and your loved ones.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Beef liver 300 g
Grapefruit 1/2 pc
Lemon 1/2 pc
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Sugar to taste
Wheat flour of the highest grade 1 stack.
Vegetable oil for frying
Parsley (greens) 1 sprig
Tomatoes 1/2 pc
Cut the liver into plastics, salt and pepper.
Dip in flour and fry in vegetable oil.
Peel the citrus fruits and cut into wedges. Add to the liver and simmer with the lid closed for 30 minutes.
When serving, garnish with chopped fresh tomatoes and finely chopped parsley.
