Millet porridge with milk

Millet porridge with milk, a light and tasty breakfast that will energize the whole day.

Ingredients

Milk 1.5% fat. 1 l

Millet 160 g

Butter 30 g

Salt 1/4 tsp

Preparation

Sort the millet and rinse well.

Pour half the milk into a saucepan and put on fire.

Dip the cereals in hot milk and cook over medium heat.

As soon as the millet begins to swell, add salt and add a little milk. Cook for 12-15 minutes over low heat. Turn off the stove and let it brew under the lid for a couple of minutes.

Millet porridge with milk is ready. Arrange on plates and serve with butter.
