Cooking time 25 minutes
Fatty cottage cheese 9% 250 g
Wheat flour of the highest grade 5 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 pc
Sugar 1-2 tbsp. l.
Raisins 20 g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Mix cottage cheese with egg.
Add sugar, raisins, three tablespoons of flour.
From the resulting mass, on a surface slightly dusted with flour, form round cheesecakes 1.5 cm thick.
Put the syrniki at some distance from each other in a preheated pan with vegetable oil, so that it is convenient to remove them. Fry cheesecakes on both sides over low heat until golden brown.
Serve with sour cream, jam, or simply sprinkle with icing sugar.
