Cabbage bigus with fish

Cabbage bigus with fish, an excellent dish for a family lunch or dinner.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Bulb onion 1 pc

Bell pepper 1 pc

Fillet of white fish (any) 300 g

Tomatoes 1 pc

White cabbage 300 g

Vegetable oil to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Provencal herbs to taste

Ketchup to taste

Greens (for decoration)


Cut the onion into half rings and fry with the coarsely chopped bell pepper in vegetable oil.

Add the diced tomato and the similarly chopped fish. Season with salt, pepper and simmer until tender.

Chop the cabbage.

Add cabbage to the pan with vegetables and fish. Mix.

Simmer over low heat with a small amount of boiling water until tender. Add tomato paste and taste.

Cabbage bigus with fish is ready. Serve with a ring and garnish with herbs.
