Baked meat with tomatoes under a cheese crust, an amazingly tasty dish that is easy to prepare.
Cooking time 1 hour 15 minutes
Pork pulp (neck) 400 g
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Cheese 100 g
Mustard 1 tbsp l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Rinse and dry the meat well. Cut into portions.
Season each meat slice with salt and pepper.
Place in a baking dish and brush with mustard.
Lay the sliced tomatoes on top.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees C.
At the end of cooking, remove the foil and bake a little on top, 5-7 minutes. Lay out the dish with lettuce and vegetables.
