Cooking time 15 minutes
White cabbage 300 g
Bell pepper 1 pc
Parsley (greens) bunch
Sugar (sand) 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Rinse cabbage and pepper.
Chop the cabbage into a bowl and cut the pepper into thin strips.
Stir pepper and cabbage and mash a little with your hands. Add chopped parsley, salt and sugar.
Season with oil and stir.
Place in a deep salad bowl or plate.
