Fragrant, tasty meat baked in the oven in spices is always useful on any festive table.
Cooking time 1 hour 40 minutes
Tenderloin (pork) 500 g
Dry vegetables (carrots, peppers, celery) 1 tbsp
A mixture of peppers 1 tbsp. l.
French mustard 1 tbsp l.
Garlic clove 3-5
Rinse and dry the meat well. Rub with salt.
Make cuts and insert the garlic slices.
Mix spices, dry vegetables and mustard and coat the meat well with the mixture.
Put in a mold and put in the oven for 1.5 hours at 150 degrees C.
Allow to cool completely and cut into slices.
Put on a platter with herbs.
