Baked meat with pineapples

Baked meat with pineapples is a festive hot dish that your guests will remember for a long time.

Ingredients

Pork neck 400-500 g

Canned pineapple 1 can.

Paprika (spicy)

Carnation

Salt

Preparation

Rub the meat with salt and paprika. Let stand for 1 hour.

Using a clove, attach the pineapple rings to the meat.

Place the meat in a baking bag. Pour in 100-120 ml. pineapple syrup. Close the bag tightly and place in the mold.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 60 minutes.

Cool and cut into portions. Serve on a platter with herbs and berries.
