Thanks to the thick vegetable gravy, tender chicken meat is very juicy. Great option for lunch or dinner.

Bell pepper 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Garlic clove 3 pcs
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Cilantro 2-3 branches.
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Cut the chicken into portions and fry in vegetable oil.
Finely chop the onion, dice the pepper.
Add onion and pepper to the fried chicken pieces. Mix well. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and some water.
Simmer for 10-12 minutes, covered. Salt. Chop the dill greens, pass the garlic through a press. Add garlic and dill.
Cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Place the chicken pieces with gravy on plates and serve, sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro.
