Rinse the chanterelles.
Cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil, stirring for 5-7 minutes.
Add finely chopped onion and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add green beans, salt and pepper.
Mix well and add 1/4 cup water. Simmer with a lid for 15-20 minutes, not low heat. Put on a dish and sprinkle with finely chopped onions.
