Grilled meat with cilantro

Grilled meat with cilantro, not one man can resist such a treat.

Cooking time 3 hours 40 minutes


Pork pulp slice (200-400g) 3 pcs

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Cilantro 1 bundle

Onion 1 pc

Lemon 1 pc

Sparkling mineral water 500 ml

Zira seeds 1 pinch.

Vegetables and herbs to serve

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the meat slices.

Rub with salt and cumin seeds. Leave in a cool place for 20-30 minutes.

For the marinade, chop the herbs. Cut the onion into half rings. Put herbs, onions and meat in a bowl. Mix well.

Add lemon juice and mineral water. Add a couple more pinches of salt and ground pepper.

Place lemon slices on top and leave in a cool place for 2-3 hours.

Prepare the coals.

Place the meat on the wire rack.

Fry until tender, turning over.

Put on a platter with vegetables and herbs.
