Sweet corn with bell peppers, a bright and simple dish that will diversify your menu.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Sweet corn (frozen) 200 g
Bell pepper 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Dill sprigs 2 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Peel the seeds, peel the onion and garlic.
In vegetable oil, fry finely chopped garlic and chopped onion in half rings.
Add the diced bell pepper. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the defrosted corn. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 1/2 glass of water and simmer covered for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and add finely chopped dill. Mix.
Arrange on plates and serve.
