Oatmeal with pumpkin and pine nuts

Pumpkin 100 g

Oatmeal flakes 100 g

Milk 3.2% fat. 250 g

Pine nuts 1 tbsp l.

Butter 10 g

Salt to taste

Preparation

Boil the pumpkin in a little water until tender.

Add milk and heat.

Add oatmeal, salt. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add oil, cover and let it brew for 5-10 minutes. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve to the table.
