Baked fish rolls with vegetables

A very simple recipe will help you cook deliciously baked fish for the New Year's table. Minimum effort, maximum time with family.

Cooking time 50 minutes

Ingredients

Pollock fillet 4 pcs

Lemon 1/4 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Tomatoes 1 pc

Butter 20 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Foil tm "paclan"

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Defrost the fish fillet, peel small bones, if any, wash. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice and leave for 10-15 minutes.

Roll up and secure with a toothpick tail. Coarsely chop the onions and carrots.

Measure the foil 2 times more than the mold and line the bottom. Lubricate with vegetable oil. Place fish, onions and carrots. Add tomato slices. Season the vegetables with salt. Cut butter into pieces and place on top.

Close the foil with an envelope.

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Fish rolls baked with vegetables are ready. Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Serve to the table.
