Seabass to the New Year's table

Sea bass for New Year's table, amazingly tasty fish will please your guests.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Sea bass fish 1 piece

Lemon 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

1 tbsp butter l.

Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Peel and gut the fish. Wash well.

Make cuts to the ridge. Rub with salt and pepper.

Insert lemon slices. Grease the foil with vegetable oil and lay out the fish.

Place onion rings and carrot slices nearby. Put greens inside.

Put slices of butter on top, salt and pepper the vegetables on top.

Wrap in an envelope. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Seabass is ready for the New Year's table. Remove the greens from the fish and transfer the sea bass to a platter with salad leaves. Decorate with vegetables and serve on the New Year's table.
