Chicken crispy slices

These crispy chicken slices in breadcrumbs are perfect for both the holiday and everyday menus.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Chicken fillet 300 g

Breadcrumbs 5 tbsp l.

Eggs 1 pc

Butter 30 g

Dried garlic 1 tsp

Salt to taste


Cut the chicken fillet into small slices.

Place in a bowl, add the beaten egg and mix well.

Add garlic and salt to crackers.

Pour the breadcrumbs into a bowl of chicken and stir.

Put on a baking sheet with foil in one layer. And bake in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C.

Remove from oven and add butter.

Place in the oven for another 3-5 minutes.

Put the finished pieces on a platter and serve with the sauce.
