Delicious potato cutlets with cheese and crispy crust, a great recipe for every day.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Potatoes 4 pieces
Eggs 1 pc
Cheese 100 g
Wheat flour of the highest grade 2 tbsp. l.
Breadcrumbs 50 g
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 20% fat. 2 tbsp. l.
Dill (greens) 1 sprig
Salt to taste
Wash and peel the potatoes. Pour in water and boil until tender.
Add egg, salt and grated cheese. Mix well.
Form small balls and press into patties.
Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
Put on a plate, serve with sour cream and finely chopped dill.
