Potato casserole

Delicious and easy to prepare potato casserole with golden crispy cheese crust.

Cooking time 35 minutes


Potatoes 3-5 pcs

Baltic cheese 100 g

Cream 10% fat. 130 ml

Butter 20 g





Peel the potatoes.

Cut into slices.

Place in a saucepan and cover with cold water.

Boil the potatoes until they are ready. Salt.

Drain and discard potatoes in a colander.

Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Lay out alternately a layer of potatoes and a layer of grated cheese.

Place the last layer of potatoes and pour over the cream.

Sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C, 15-20 minutes.

Until golden brown.

Arrange on plates and garnish with herbs.

The potato casserole is ready. Can be served at the table.
