Chicken with mushrooms and pasta


Chicken fillet 300 g

Hot pepper pod 1/2 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Fresh champignons 100 g

Pickled green olives 5-7 pcs

Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.

Pasta 200 g

Butter 20 g

Green salad leaves for decoration

Green onion (feather) 2-3 pcs

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Fry chopped garlic and hot peppers in vegetable oil.

Add the sliced ​​chicken fillet. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add sliced ​​carrots.

Add the chopped champignons. Cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is done. Season with salt and pepper.

Add olives in circles and remove from heat.

Boil the pasta until tender, drain the water, add the butter.

Put the chicken with vegetables on a dish and garnish with pasta. Sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
