Baked ribs with rosemary and mustard

These delicious, aromatic baked ribs with rosemary and mustard will impress lovers of meat on the bone.

Cooking time 1 hour 40 minutes


Pork ribs 1 kg

Olive oil 1 tsp

Mustard seed 1/4 tsp

Dry rosemary 1/4 tsp

Vegetables for decoration

Greenery for decoration

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste



Separate the ribs and wash.

Dry and put in a bowl. Add spices, oil and salt. Mix well and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Put on a sheet of foil.

Wrap with a pocket. Put in the oven for 1-1.30 hours at 180 degrees C.

Open the foil and set for another 10-15 minutes for a golden brown crust.

Put on a platter and serve with vegetables and herbs.
