Veal 200 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 20 g

Green onions for decoration

Parsley (herbs) for decoration

Pickled onions for garnish

Pepper to taste

Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil.

Add chopped onion in half rings.

Add chopped carrots into strips. Fry for 3-5 minutes.

Add the sliced ​​zucchini. Mix. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup water. And simmer under the lid until tender.

Put on a platter and garnish with herbs and pickled onions.
