Cut the meat into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil.
Add chopped onion in half rings.
Add chopped carrots into strips. Fry for 3-5 minutes.
Add the sliced zucchini. Mix. Season with salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup water. And simmer under the lid until tender.
Put on a platter and garnish with herbs and pickled onions.
