Honey mushrooms with potatoes "Village style" is a tasty and easy-to-prepare autumn dish with mushrooms.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Honey mushrooms 300 g
Potatoes 3-5 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Wash and sort the mushrooms.
Put in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Drain the water, cool the mushrooms.
Finely chop the onion, cut the potatoes into cubes and fry together in vegetable oil for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add chopped mushrooms, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir and fry until the potatoes are tender. Put on a platter and serve.
