Crab stick salad

But what about without? Without our favorite salad with crab sticks, the recipe of which has been making us happy on holiday tables from generation to generation.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Crab sticks 100 g

Canned corn 100 g

Rice 100 g

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) to taste

Salt to taste


Cut the crab sticks into small cubes and place in a bowl.

Add diced fresh cucumber.

Boil the rice until tender, rinse and discard on a sieve.

Add corn and rice to a bowl.

Season the salad with mayonnaise and salt to taste.

Put the salad in a salad bowl and garnish with parsley.

The crab stick salad is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
