Cod with porcini mushrooms, delicious tender pieces of fish with mushrooms baked in a pot melt in your mouth.
Cooking time 25 minutes
Porcini mushrooms 200 g
Cod fillet 200 g
Onion 1 pc
Sour cream 20% fat. 100 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Parsley (greens) 3 sprigs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Wash and dry the mushrooms.
Cut into slices, chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add sour cream, simmer for 1-2 minutes over low heat and remove from heat.
Cut the fish into small slices.
Fold into a baking dish or pot. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Put the mushrooms on top. Close the lid and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Cod with porcini mushrooms is ready. Take out a pot of fish and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Serve to the table.
