Delicious, aromatic fried chum salmon breaded with sesame seeds is perfect for any table.
Cooking time 40 minutes
Chum fillet 300 g
Sesame seeds 3 tbsp l.
Eggs 1 pc
Wheat flour of the highest grade 1 tbsp. l.
Rice 200 g
Vegetables for decoration
Greenery for decoration
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cut the fish into portions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Beat the egg in a bowl and add flour. Pour sesame seeds into the second bowl.
Dip the fish in an egg and roll in sesame seeds. Fry in a hot skillet with vegetable oil on both sides. Place the fish on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Steam the rice, add salt as desired.
Pieces of fried chum salmon breaded with sesame seeds are ready. Place fish slices on portioned plates and garnish with rice and vegetables. Can be served with soy sauce.
