Ide baked with vegetables, delicious fish simply and quickly!
Cooking time 25 minutes
Ide (200-300 g) 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Tomatoes 1 pc
Dill (greens) 2-3 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Clean and gut the ide. Remove gills and rinse well.
Rub with salt and pepper, put dill sprigs inside.
Cut onion into half rings, carrot into small cubes, tomato into slices.
Place the onions and carrots in a baking bag, add a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle with oil. Place the fish on top of the vegetables and cover with the tomatoes. Drizzle with the rest of the oil and close the bag. Cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees C.
Ide baked with vegetables is ready. Place on lettuce leaves and garnish with vegetables. Sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Serve to the table.
