Many people will love these juicy, aromatic stuffed peppers with minced meat and tomatoes.
Cooking time 45 minutes
Minced meat (pork + beef) 300 g
Bulgarian pepper 6 pieces
Onion 2 pcs
Ground crackers 2 tbsp. l.
Tomatoes 2 pcs
Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Grind one onion into the minced meat, add crackers and an egg. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. (If desired, you can add 50 g of boiled rice to the minced meat).
Wash and peel the peppers.
Stuff each pepper.
Finely chop the second onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Add the diced tomatoes. Fry for another 1 minute. Salt.
Add tomato paste and half a glass of water. Arrange the peppers and add under water to cover the peppers. Cook over medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
Put on a platter and serve with herbs.
