Pork baked with garlic and rosemary is a dish that can become the main decoration of the festive table.

Boneless pork (tenderloin or neck) 500 g
Garlic clove 2-3 pcs
Spices for meat 1/2 tbsp l.
Rosemary 2 pcs
Vegetables for decoration
Greenery for decoration
Salt to taste
Wash and dry the meat.
Rub with spices and salt. Lash with garlic slices.
Place in a baking bag and add the rosemary sprigs. Tie up and make several punctures in the bag.
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 50-60 minutes.
Cut the meat into portions and put on a dish with vegetables and herbs.
