Chicken roll with dill and lingonberry

This is an original and affordable holiday snack. Any housewife can cook a chicken roll with dill and lingonberries, but the result is such a beauty.

Cooking time 45 minutes


Chicken fillet 1 kg

Soaked lingonberry 50 g

Dill 1 bunch

Dried garlic 1/4 tsp

Paprika 1/4 tsp

Vegetable oil

Salt to taste


Rinse the chicken fillet well.

Beat off and spread in layers on a cutting board with foil.

Season with salt and pepper and add garlic.

Sprinkle with finely chopped dill and lingonberries.

Wrap in a roll.

Grease with vegetable oil on top and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees C. Remove from the oven and cool slightly.

Cut into pieces and place on a dish.

Decorate with herbs.
